Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Saguaro Logic LLC ("Saguaro Logic," "we," "us") collects through saguarologic.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a small business in San Antonio, Texas. If anything here is unclear, email hello@saguarologic.com and we'll explain it.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what's gathered automatically when you use the site.

Information you give us:

  • When you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, you give us your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the booking questions (for example, details about your business).
  • When you call or email us. We receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It collects things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you found the site, your general location (city or region, not your exact address), and your device and browser type. It uses cookies to do this.
  • Technical information. Our website host and security provider (Cloudflare) and our booking tool (Cal.com) may record standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't ask for payment details on this website. We don't sell anything on the site, and payments for our services happen outside the website under a signed agreement.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Schedule, prepare for and hold the call you booked
  • Reply to your messages, calls and emails
  • Follow up about the services you asked about
  • Understand which pages are useful and improve the site
  • Show our ads on Google to people who have visited the site, and see whether those ads work (see "Advertising" below)
  • Keep the site working and secure
  • Meet legal or tax obligations, if they apply

We don't use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the companies that help us run the site and the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy would still apply to the information we hold.

We also use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google search results. It reports search data in summary form and doesn't give us personal information about individual visitors.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our site uses them for two reasons:

  • To make the site secure and working. Cloudflare and Cal.com may set cookies needed for pages, security checks and the booking tool to function. Cloudflare's security cookies help tell real visitors from automated traffic and don't track you across other sites.
  • For analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site.
  • For advertising. The same Google cookies let us show our ads to people who have visited the site. See "Advertising" below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading, though some features, such as the booking calendar, may not work as expected if all cookies are blocked.

Advertising

We may advertise on Google. To show our ads to people who have visited this site, and to see whether those ads work, we let Google use information from Google Analytics, such as the pages you visited and actions like booking a call. If you're signed in to a Google account, Google may connect this with your account, under its own policies.

We aren't paid for this information, but some state laws treat it as sharing for targeted advertising, and you can opt out. You can:

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above:

  • Booking and contact details: as long as we're talking with you about working together. If you don't become a client, we keep them for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then delete them. If you become a client, your agreement governs how we handle your information from then on.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps detailed data for 14 months, then deletes it. Summary reports may be kept longer, but they don't identify you.
  • Anything we're legally required to keep (for example, tax records) is kept for as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

We use reputable, established services to host the site and handle bookings, and we limit who can access your information to the people who need it to do the work. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee your information will never be exposed. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop contacting you
  • Stop using your information for targeted advertising (see "Advertising" above for the quickest ways to do this yourself)

Email hello@saguarologic.com or call 726.202.0420 with your request. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on it, so we don't hand your information to someone else. We'll respond within 45 days. Some information we may need to keep, for example if the law requires it, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

If we decline your request and you disagree, reply and ask us to reconsider. We'll review it again and give you our answer in writing.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on this page.
