How long do we work together, and can I leave early?
A year, or six months if you'd rather pay off the build faster. After that it's month to month. You can leave early by paying off the rest of the build, and everything we built goes with you.
Who owns everything?
Your business stays yours. Your Google Business Profile, your email, your call tracking number, and the software you use to run your jobs are in your name from day one. The website, hosting and automations we build and run for you are held by us while we work together, and they transfer to you when we're done and your balance is paid. Hosting is included in your monthly. Nothing is held over you.
Is there anything else to pay for?
A few tools you use directly, like your job software, are billed by those companies. We'll walk you through it on the call so there are no surprises.
Can you guarantee results?
Nobody can honestly guarantee leads or rankings. What you get from day one: every online job request answered, every job tracked, and a monthly report that shows what's working.
How soon will I see anything?
Automatic replies and tracking work from launch day. Showing up more in local search builds over months, not days.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
Not from scratch. We bring over what's worth keeping and point your old pages to the new ones, so the search history you've built carries over. If you'd rather keep your current site as it is, ask about taking it over instead.
Do I have to change my job software?
Not if we can connect to it. If you don't have any, we'll set you up. Invoicing and payment reminders run through your job software, so we'll confirm yours supports them on the first call.
